- What is a digital file?
- All designs are e-mailed to you in a digital file that you can use to print wherever you would like or e-mail to family and friends. After you place your order, you will send the photograph(s) you would like in your design to [email protected]. In 1-2 business days, you will recieve the digital file with your design.
- Do you do prints?
- Currently I am only creating custom digital designs.
- Do you have other designs besides holiday cards?
- I decided to focus on holiday cards with the timeliness of the launch of Tangible Love Designs. However, if you would like to order a design for another occasion (birth announcement, party invite, save-the-date card, shower invite, etc.), please contact me here.
- Can I get a custom design?
Definitely! I love creating custom orders. If you don't see exactly what you want, if you have another idea, or if you just want me to create something unique for you, please contact me here.
- Do you have other designs that are not featured in your store?
Yes! To see an archive of all of my designs, go to my design archive here. If you find a design you would like to order that is not currently sold in the Tangible Love Designs store, please go here to contact me.
- What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?
Because each design is uniquely created for the customer, I cannot give refunds or exchanges for designs. Please proofread your design very carefully! I will continue to revise your design until you are completely satisfied, but keep in mind that each revision can take up to 2 days. Also, colors in the design may appear differently in print than on your computer screen depending on where you choose to have your design printed. Once you have approved your order, Tangible Love Designs is not responsible for any errors.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
